Please note: For debit card transactions, a $500 incidental charge is required in addition to the rental total. This amount will be refunded upon the vehicle’s return and typically reflects in your account within 3–5 business days.
Renters must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid U.S. driver’s license, an international driver’s license, or a license from their home country.
The primary driver must also be the credit or debit card holder. Please note that we cannot accept payment from one individual on behalf of another (e.g., Person A cannot use Person B’s credit card to rent a vehicle).
Rent A Subaru does not provide insurance coverage. Proof of full coverage automobile insurance—which includes rental vehicles—is required and must be in the name of the primary driver.
*We offer a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) for purchase. If you're visiting from outside the U.S., please inform our team when booking so the appropriate fee can be included in your quote.
If our shuttle service picks you up from the airport, an additional 14% airport concession tax will apply. To avoid this fee, we recommend using a taxi, Uber, or Lyft to reach our location. The taxi fare is around $10.00, including a tip.
Typically, the driver of your group may take the taxi to our office while the rest of the party retrieves luggage. We are located just 1.5 miles from the airport, and we aim to have your rental vehicle ready within 15 minutes or less of your arrival.
